Good! Me neither 🙅🏻♀️ But that wasn't always the case...
When I first stepped into the gym alone (after years of training as a high level rugby player) I followed the classic “gym bro” split — back & biceps, chest & triceps, shoulders, legs & glutes…
And my results were NOT what I wanted ❌
❌ I was seeing zero definition in my lower body and abs.
❌ I was adding unwanted bulk to my arms and shoulders.
❌ Even though I could barbell press 95 lbs. above my head, I couldn't seem to lose the excess fat around my waist.
To top it all off, I was completely BORED training this way!
So, FINALLY, I decided to throw out my entire exercise plan and start over from scratch.
Instead of sticking to the popular “bodybuilder” approach…
I developed my own style of powerful, explosive, athletic training that reminded me of my rugby days. Once I started training this way, I was hooked!
Not only did I feel like an absolute WEAPON in my workouts…
But my arms leaned out, my glutes got fuller, and suddenly my shorts were fitting better around the waist.
Plus, I was still going out on weekends, socializing and drinking. I focused on fueling my body and training hard, but I also got to enjoy my life!

Look, I know everyone says that it gets harder to stay in shape after you turn 30.
But to be honest… I didn’t believe them.
I thought, “I’m a fitness trainer! I know how to stay lean! I’ll just do the same thing I’ve always done.”
Well…
I was wrong. Not long after I turned 30, my body stopped responding the same way.
🫠 After just a weekend of eating out my clothes would start fitting tighter.
🫠 When I gained weight it used to be just around my stomach — but now I was seeing changes in my back, arms, and thighs.
🫠 I felt bloated and heavy for days any time I had a few drinks.
🫠 And it took three times as long to feel like my body was “back on track” after falling out of my usual habits.
I was frustrated, but I was also determined to figure out the most effective way to lose excess fat and build a lean, powerful body in this new decade of my life…
So once again, I had to revamp my approach to training and nutrition.
Because the truth is, most fitness programs are not designed strategically for women in their 30s…

Your program begins with a targeted Nutrition Reset to help you see results fast. Then, your coach will provide you with specific daily habits and/or a full macro-based plan for a sustainable, long-term nutrition strategy.

What began as a small website and a few workout videos (filmed on a grainy iPhone 4), soon transitioned into a full time career, encompassing several different brands and services.
Over the course of her business, she has helped thousands of women transform their bodies and their minds, using the power of sweat. Beverley believes that exercise is the first step to living your most confident and fulfilled life, and it is her mission to spread this message to as many people as possible.
Sara has been athletic from a very young age. Trying out a variety of different sports as a child, she quickly became passionate about dance and began training competitively 5-6x per week from the age of 8. She now dances professionally while coaching clients from diverse backgrounds and all fitness levels.
Sara is passionate about all things nutrition. She is a certified sports nutrition specialist and loves to educate women through her coaching. She believes that food and exercise can transform our lives and wants to inspire as many women as possible to harness the power of nutrition and training to become the best version of themselves!

After you submit your application, you will be contacted to set up a 30 minute discovery call to see if you are a good fit for our program, and to map out your action plan for the next 3 months.
This program is designed for women over 30, who want a proven formula to lose stubborn fat, build lean muscle, and step into their full potential. This is for you if you struggle with consistency in the gym and fall off track when your busy life gets in the way.
Most training programs are general and one-size-fits all. Once you purchase the program, you’re left on your own to complete it. With Stronger You, you receive a program that matches your schedule, preferences, equipment you have available, whether you prefer to work out at home or at the gym, and the specific goals you’re working towards. You also have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes to your program. If something isn't working for you, we’ll go in and fix it. This process is all about two-way communication and complete transparency. We want to make sure you see major progress AND completely love the process.
We use an app called Trainerize, where you can see your workouts, track your weights, and keep track of your progress throughout the program. You can also connect it to your Apple watch, Google Calendar, My Fitness Pal, and even get daily workout notifications to your phone for as much accountability/support as possible.
This program is specifically designed for busy women, but of course it will require you to dedicate some time to your fitness and health. Every workout is under an hour, and if you choose an at-home program, you’ll save even more time that you would have spent driving to the gym.
Your program will be developed based on the time you have available to work out. That said, for best results we recommend carving out 45-minutes to an hour at least 3 times a week to complete your workouts.
This 1:1 coaching experience is designed to give you as much direct interaction with your coach as you need. You’ll be able to send direct messages to your coach whenever you need support (messages will be answered Monday-Friday) and you will have bi-weekly phone calls for additional coaching and guidance.
Absolutely! You can send you coach exercise videos at any time so we can check your form and give you any necessary adjustments.
